Head of Innovation, London/Bristol

We have partnered with an award-winning, independent, B-corp agency to help them find their very first Head of Innovation. This is an exciting role with huge growth potential, where you’ll drive and scale innovation globally across the business. This person will be responsible for developing creative comms strategies, overseeing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and play a key role in growing the business.

Working closely with internal partners in the clean energy and tech space, you will build a portfolio of innovation leaders across sectors and geographies. You will be a leader in the practice, with a key role in securing new business, expanding their global reach, and building a thriving team. This is truly a great opportunity for someone with a passion for making a difference in climate change and achieving real world impact on the world around us.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• An agency background and previous experience in energy, clean tech and/or technology innovation
• A proven track record in securing new business
• Strategic, ambitious, and commercial, with a passion for turning complex ideas into engaging campaigns, with a commitment to achieving positive impact
• Multi-disciplinary and global comms expertise (media, digital, social, etc)
• Ability to lead, coach and build capabilities of team members.
• Understanding of global energy and tech issues, policy and technology.
