Every search starts with a detailed conversation about your business and the role. We take time to understand what the new hire will face, from a takeover approach to a profit warning. This lets us agree a clear brief before we approach anyone.

Our consultants then map the market across agencies and in-house teams, including people who are not actively looking. Because we have worked in this market for more than 20 years, we can usually reach the right candidates quickly.

Assessment covers more than the CV, so we look closely at the transactions and crisis situations each candidate has handled first hand. You then receive a shortlist of fully briefed candidates who are ready to meet you. We also stay close through the offer stage and beyond.

Who We Recruit

Our financial PR recruitment covers agency and in-house roles, from senior account level up to the board. On the agency side, we regularly place Account Directors, Associate Partners, Partners and Managing Directors at specialist financial PR firms.

In-house, we recruit Heads of Financial Communications, Corporate Affairs Directors, Heads of Media Relations and Investor Relations Directors. These roles sit within banks, insurers, private equity houses and FTSE 100 and mid-cap companies.

Our candidates bring experience across M&A and IPOs, results and AGM calendars, issues and crisis management and ESG reporting. We also support fintech and digital asset businesses as they build their first communications teams.
