We are partnering with a fast-growing organisation in Abu Dhabi to hire a Social Media Strategy Manager. This in-house position focuses on driving engagement, managing content, and building an online community across key platforms. The Role: Social Media Strategy Manager
This is a corporate social media role with a strong focus on strategy, rather than a general digital marketing job. You’ll decide how the company shows up on social media, what it says, and how it grows an audience that genuinely cares about what it does, both in the UAE and internationally. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Setting the corporate social media strategy and deciding how each platform should be used
- Planning content and the editorial calendar, and keeping the company’s voice consistent
- Sharing the company’s news, achievements and story with audiences around the world
- Helping senior leaders build their own presence on social media
- Growing the company’s following organically and keeping conversations with the audience going
- Working closely with the communications team and other departments to turn business news into content people want to read
- Tracking what’s working, reporting on results and adjusting the approach as you go
- Keeping up with new platforms, features and formats
The Candidate: Social Media Expert
You’ll have solid experience running corporate social media, either in-house at a large organisation or on corporate accounts at an agency. You’ll be able to show how you’ve grown an engaged audience, not just how much content you’ve published. Experience working with international audiences is important, and you’ll know how to keep one clear company voice while making content feel relevant in different markets. You’re comfortable thinking big picture but still enjoy the hands-on work, and you’re confident giving advice to senior people. Arabic would be a strong advantage.
