Katie is CEO of Hanson Executive, the dedicated Board, C-suite and senior leadership search practice within the Hanson Search Group.
Over 14 years at Hanson Search, Katie has built senior leadership teams across communications, marketing, technology, people, revenue and investor relations. She now leads Hanson Executive’s work with founder-led, PE-backed and fast-scaling businesses, bringing the same rigour and market-mapping discipline as the largest global search firms, with more senior attention and faster decisions.
Alongside her Board and C-suite remit, Katie continues to lead Hanson Search’s Director of Communications, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations mandates – work that has been at the heart of her career from the start, having spent a decade initially in Communications. Every search she leads is run personally, from the first conversation through to appointment. Katie spends her time between the UK and USA and works with clients internationally.
