Nils Gerardin:
Nils brings almost ten years of search experience and talent management consulting in France and cross-border for start-ups to multinationals as well as for mid-cap companies. He has recruited across every sector, from gaming to financial services and real estate, with two areas of particular focus: technology, where he is passionate about AI and emerging communication channels and everything connected, closely or loosely, to industry. Prior to Hanson Search, he worked for a headhunting firm in Paris.
He also brings extensive experience in serving Sales & Marketing teams as he started his career as a Category Manager & Regional Sales Manager for companies such as Mondelez Intl.
Nils graduated from NEOMA Business School with a major in sales & marketing and entrepreneurship. He speaks French, German and English fluently.
