With over 20 years of senior communications experience across Europe, Camille has held leadership roles at agencies and in-house organisations including Publicis, TBWA, MullenLowe, Eurostar and Expedia — working across Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam and London.
At Hanson Search, she leads the Corporate & Brand Communications practice for Europe, specialising in senior appointments across the full discipline: Corporate and Consumer PR, Digital, Branding, Financial Communications, Advertising and Crisis Communications. Her core markets span France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland, with a well-established network across agency and in-house organisations throughout the continent. Having held senior roles herself, Camille advises clients with a practitioner’s perspective — bringing first-hand understanding of the pressures, priorities and decisions that define communications today.
A qualified executive coach and certified MBTI practitioner, Camille brings a distinctly human dimension to executive search — one that goes beyond matching profiles to briefs. She works closely with both clients and candidates, drawing on her expertise to support leaders through career transitions and help organisations identify not just the right skills, but the right fit.
