Allyson is an Associate Partner at Hanson Executive, the dedicated Board, C-suite and senior leadership search practice within the Hanson Search Group, where she works alongside CEO Katie Simpson.
Over nearly five years at Hanson Search, Allyson has worked closely with Katie on Board, C-suite and senior leadership appointments, while leading on corporate affairs and financial communications searches. At Hanson Executive, she partners with founder-led, PE-backed and fast-scaling businesses, bringing the rigour and market insight of the largest global search firms, with more senior attention and faster decisions.
Alongside her senior leadership remit, Allyson continues to lead Director of Communications, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations mandates, and is known for a consultative approach that builds lasting partnerships with clients and candidates alike. Based between New York and London, she brings a transatlantic perspective to every search, giving clients access to talent and intelligence on both sides of the Atlantic. Her background is as varied as it is distinctive, spanning financial services recruitment, real estate and opera.
