Supercell is looking for an experienced PR and Social Media professional to join their Global Corporate Communications Team. 

We are a small and committed team dedicated to helping Supercell succeed in its mission to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever. Your key responsibility is to lead game-related communications strategies and executions, working closely with the game teams, community managers, and marketing. You love stories, and you could describe yourself as a real storyteller.

Your responsibility will also extend to handling PR agency relationships. You have strong experience with media relations, and your knowledge of the media space lies between tech, games, and pop culture. Working with world-class IPs excites you and encourages you to set ambitious goals. 

Supercell is a games company with five global games and around 250 million monthly players. As you will feel the pulse of our games and other products, social media is just another platform for you to plan storytelling. You are an experienced social media expert who can create and take ownership of Supercell’s corporate social media strategy and lead content creation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a communications plan for Supercell’s games, services (such as SCID & Store), and other IP-related content
  • Being the key information source for media contacts requesting insights, interviews, or comments on game-related matters
  • Identifying and building media relationships in the key focus area of Supercell games & entertainment
  • Handling PR agency relationships
  • Leading social media strategy and execution
  • Supporting the Supercell brand building
  • Creating & executing the corporate communications strategy and plan together with the comms team

Key Skills:

  • At least 5+ years of experience with consumer product-related PR 
  • Proven track record of leading successful PR campaigns
  • Excellent English language and communication skills
  • Experience either in-house or on the agency side – experience in games industry is an advantage
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to your work
  • Passion for games, especially Supercell games
  • Ability to see connections between different entities
