My client, a prominent global strategic advisory, seeks a Director to head up the US Corporate Practice.

This role will be based in Washington DC and will be focused on driving growth for the US corporate advisory practice, offering existing and future clients, quality strategic advice.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in both the private sector and federal government, along with a proven track record of business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive commercial growth and coordinate business development campaigns for the firm’s US corporate advisory practice
  • Help develop and cultivate a network of US-based corporate relationships, identify and pursue lead opportunities, and contribute to pitches and campaigns
  • Deliver exceptional client service and work product
  • Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with a wide network of businesses, trade associations, policymakers, and other stakeholders
  • Work with a variety of teams and practices from across the firm’s international offices to develop business and deliver for existing clients

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of corporate strategic communications
  • Demonstrable experience developing business and building out a team
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
