Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for the German market, collaborating with European and global leadership. Prioritise business opportunities to transition from local accounts to large-scale, international clients.
- Design and execute a marketing plan to enhance agency visibility and reputation within Germany, setting measurable quarterly targets.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture, setting clear career goals and enhancing employee engagement.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on large international clients and expanding the agency’s footprint.
- Maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and increasing client engagement.
- Manage all aspects of agency operations, including finance, HR, and business development, to ensure profitability and growth.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, leveraging new technologies to deliver cutting-edge campaigns.
- Work closely with the global network to maximise resources and expertise, fostering networked business growth.
Key Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a PR or communications agency, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and securing major business wins.
- Deep understanding of the German communications landscape, with experience in handling international clients.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Passionate about industry trends, with a proactive approach to adopting new technologies.
- Fluency in both German and English.
