The Role : Senior Search Consultant
We’re looking for a Senior Search Consultant with a strong track record of billing performance to join our European team, working across the German market. This person will bring genuine credibility with senior professionals and a strong existing network within the German or DACH region. This is a 360-degree role for someone who loves winning new business as much as delivering for clients and candidates, and who is ready to build a market-leading desk.
In this role you will:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and sourcing through to closing deals across the German market
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor and a genuine “go to” person in your market
- Win and grow retained business, developing a strategy to increase deal size, seniority of network and market share
- Represent Hanson Search externally – through content, events and networking – while supporting junior colleagues internally
Can be based in Germany or the UK, but must be fluent in German and English (ideally to native standard).
