The Role: Senior Search Consultant
We’re looking for a Senior Search Consultant with a strong track record of billing performance to join our Communications team in the UK. You could come from a Communications, recruitment or executive search background – what matters most is your network and your credibility with senior comms professionals. This is a 360-degree role for someone who loves winning new business as much as delivering for clients and candidates, and who is ready to build a market-leading desk.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle – from business development and sourcing through to closing deals across the Communications market
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted advisor and a genuine “go to” person in your market
- Win and grow retained business, developing a strategy to increase deal size, seniority of network, and market share
- Represent Hanson Search externally – through content, events and networking – while supporting junior colleagues internally
