Lead Global Communications for a High-Growth Technology Innovator
Our client, a rapidly scaling global technology company with a European headquarters in Milan, is looking for a visionary and strategic Global Head of Corporate Communications to lead its global reputation and narrative across key markets in EMEA, North America, and APAC. This is a high-impact, in-house leadership role for a communications expert with international experience, a strong grasp of technology trends, and a passion for corporate storytelling. Working closely with the CEO and wider executive team, you will drive an integrated communications strategy that supports growth, strengthens corporate reputation, and aligns with the company’s mission and values on the global stage.
What You’ll Be Doing as Head of Corporate Communications
Develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy spanning media relations, corporate reputation, executive positioning, and internal engagement
Act as senior advisor to the C-suite on strategic communications, corporate positioning, and issues management
Lead on all major corporate moments, including funding rounds, product launches, partnerships, regulatory updates, and crisis communications
Manage global media relations and cultivate strong relationships with tier-one business and technology media across Europe, the US, and Asia
Oversee consistent messaging and brand voice across all platforms – from press materials and thought leadership to internal comms and digital channels
Build and lead a high-performing international team of in-house and agency partners
Drive internal communications strategy to foster employee engagement, cultural alignment, and change management through periods of scaling
Monitor reputational risk and ensure the business is prepared for issues response across a range of jurisdictions and markets
Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, Marketing, ESG, HR, and Legal functions to align messaging and protect brand integrity globally
What They’re Looking For
Proven experience in senior-level corporate communications roles, preferably within a fast-growth, global tech company
Expertise in global media strategy, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications
A strong network across the international business, technology, and financial press
Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Italian; other languages an advantage
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with a strong strategic lens
Adept at navigating complex issues and communicating with clarity during times of change or reputational challenge
A confident leader with a collaborative, global mindset and the ability to inspire across cultures and time zones
Commercially minded, organised, and energised by driving innovation and results in a high-growth environment
