Key Responsibilities for this Senior Account Manager Position 

  • Plan, manage, and deliver strategic communications campaigns using creative tactics and channels to achieve client objectives.
  • Advise clients on complex policy, regulatory, and commercial issues in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Coordinate integrated communications programmes across multiple projects and teams, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate insights, share knowledge, and drive innovation in campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and support growth opportunities within the consultancy.

Key Requirements for this Account Manger role 

  • Agency experience in public affairs or strategic communications.
  • Strong understanding of government, policy, and media landscapes, particularly in energy and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to deliver results-focused campaigns and problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a dynamic, engaging style.
  • Client-centric attitude and strong interpersonal, team-working, and networking capabilities.
  • Consultancy experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Inquisitive, proactive, and keen to learn and develop professionally.
