Our client is a French subsidiary of an international communications group, specialising in corporate communications and public affairs. The agency currently has 35 consultants working with clients from start-ups to large groups, along with federations and associations in a wide range of sectors: real estate, health, new technologies, energy, industry, finance, tourism, consumer brands and retail. They are looking for a Financial Communications Consultant to join their financial team, supporting various clients including management companies, private equity, investment banks and private banks.

The successful Financial Communications Consultant will be based in their Paris office which offers integrated services – including corporate, financial, brand, public affairs, crisis communication and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in financial markets and great communication skills.

This a perfect opportunity for a Financial Communications Consultant to join a growing team in France which offers autonomy, inside a bigger international entity with great career opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of communication strategies
  • Media outreach
  • Production and release of various communication materials and follow-up
  • Draft of summary documents
  • Design and implementation of journalist pitches
  • Competitive intelligence, benchmarking, audits
  • Analysis of press coverage
  • Preparation of slides for client presentations or new business development
  • Translation of documents

Key Requirements:

  • BAC +4/5 or Master (School of communication / Business / University / Sciences-Po)
  • An experience in the field of communication
  • Good writing skills, analytical skills and ability to summarise
  • Interest in financial matters and the financial world. Experience in the sector would be appreciated
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Commitment, rigour and good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills and great for customer service
  • Willingness to invest in a small, young and dynamic team.
