We have partnered with a high growth, multi-award winning, Communications Agency with a range of high-profile clients who are looking to appoint a Managing Partner – Capital Markets as part of their continued and significant growth plans.
Our client is looking to further strengthen their highly capable team by hiring a Managing Partner to head up and build out their offering across financial communications. With an established base of clients, the agency is seeking a leader who has the desire and gravitas to build upon the successful, award-winning, team they have in place.
In this role, you will lead, develop and grow the Capital Markets offering, maintaining relationships with key clients, leading new business pitches, nurturing the development and skillset of the team and identifying areas of strategic growth. You will also be an excellent people leader and client counsellor, at C-suite, playing an active and central role on the Leadership Team, working closely with the SMT to propel the business forward.
The role requires a strong, strategically minded and progressive leader who excites and inspires the team, clients, potential clients and all external stakeholders.
