Role Overview: Director of Digital, Global Tech PR Agency

We are looking for a Director of Digital to drive growth and innovation across the digital offering. With a global network and a focus on cutting-edge digital strategies, you will play a key role in shaping the agency’s digital-first, tech-driven communications and leading high-impact campaigns for major brands in the tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative, insight-driven digital strategies for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients, ensuring campaigns are effective across multiple digital platforms and channels.
  • Scale and evolve the agency’s digital capabilities, integrating AI-driven insights, digital transformation, and innovative technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead new business development, pitches, and uncover commercial growth opportunities, ensuring the agency’s digital offerings drive substantial client revenue.
  • Collaborate with creative, design, content, influencer, and paid media teams to deliver standout digital campaigns that maximise brand engagement and business growth.
  • Be the senior digital point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, expectations, and timelines while ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Own digital performance tracking, using data analytics and AI-powered tools to optimise results and continuously improve digital strategies.
  • Mentor and lead the digital team, building a high-performing, collaborative environment that drives innovation and results.

Experience:

  • Proven success leading digital strategies for high-profile tech clients, driving significant growth in B2B and B2C sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms including social media, digital advertising, SEO, programmatic, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience in digital innovation, AI integration, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and a strong portfolio of successful digital campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative digital culture.
  • A solid understanding of commercial growth, new business development, and scaling digital capabilities across a global network.
