One of London’s top award-winning, independent PR agencies is looking for a new Digital Account Manager. With innovative thinking and a creative flair, their aim is to transform brands through the use of digital and technology. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, ambitious and naturally creative candidate to join an impressive digital team. As a Digital Account Manager, you will support the account management team whilst working on a wide range of inspiring projects that span across different industries. The successful candidate will have agency experience as well as excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting the Head of Design and account management teams with unique campaigns, for both B2B and B2C clients
• Resource allocation
• Creating and updating client reports; logging all client information, costings etc.
• Dealing with client requests and building strong client relationships
• Ensuring project deadlines are met

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in an agency environment
• Ability to work at a fast pace whilst juggling a varied work plate
• Clear and creative thinker
