As Senior Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful communication strategies across multiple markets, elevating brand visibility and fostering strong media relationships. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing a press office, creating compelling content and advising senior stakeholders.

  • Proactively identify positive PR opportunities to elevate brand presence and awareness.
  • Support crisis and issue management, providing strategic and calm guidance when required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across teams to ensure message alignment.
  • Oversee content creation for social media channels, ensuring consistency in tone, voice and branding.
  • Track media coverage and social performance, sharing insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • Outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Strong network of music journalists and media contacts.
  • Experience managing media relations across multiple markets.
  • Confident in handling crisis communications and reputation management.
  • A deep understanding of social media strategy and digital storytelling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to work across a matrix organisation.
  • Proactive, adaptable and passionate about the music and entertainment landscape.
