Role Overview, Head of Office, Communications Agency
Join a fast-growing communications agency in Paris in this Head of the Paris Office role. We are seeking an experienced senior leader to drive the Paris office’s growth, managing a dynamic team while ensuring the delivery of impactful communication strategies for the clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership, Strategy & Business Development
- Lead and manage the Paris office, overseeing its growth and development.
- Manage a small team of consultants.
- Drive business development efforts, expanding and retaining key client relationships, while acquiring new clients in Paris and Île-de-France.
- Provide high-level strategic communication advice to clients, ensuring the development of tailored corporate communication strategies.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring performance optimisation in productivity, profitability, and quality.
- Produce strategic recommendations and pre-sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Manage a range of editorial projects across multiple platforms (offline, online, cross-channel), including media relations, digital campaigns, and crisis communication.
- Lead media relations and crisis communication efforts, advising clients on managing challenging situations and providing media training.
Candidate Profile: Senior Communications Leader with Expertise in Corporate Communication
- Significant experience in corporate communication, with prior experience in senior consultancy or client leadership roles in PR or crisis management agencies.
- Strong knowledge of institutional and economic issues, with a 360° understanding of corporate communication strategies.
- Proven expertise in editorial strategy, including the development and management of content across both offline and online channels.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders and understand their needs.
- A creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to propose innovative ideas and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Results-driven and proactive in addressing challenges, with a commitment to achieving clients’ goals and contributing to the agency’s growth.
