Account Director / Head of Paris Office, Corporate Communications Agency

We are looking for an Account Director / Head of Paris Office who is ready to take on a strategic role and join an agency specializing in corporate communication with a territorial impact. This dynamic, fast-growing agency is seeking a leader to drive the development and success of its Paris office. You will be responsible for defining impactful communication strategies for clients across various sectors, while managing a small team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Director in Paris

• Lead and develop the Paris office, managing a team of consultants (2 consultants + 2 interns).
• Grow the business by maintaining relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients, leveraging your network in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
• Provide high-level strategic advice to clients, leveraging your expertise in corporate communication.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, optimize productivity and profitability, while maintaining high-quality relationships and supporting the development of team members.
• Design and produce 360° editorial strategies (offline and online), including op-eds, press kits, white papers, digital content, and editorial planning.
• Lead local and national media operations, develop PR strategies, and manage relations with journalists.
• Oversee production teams (Art Director, graphic designer, writer, press officer) to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Provide public speaking training and media training, and manage crisis communication situations.

Desired Profile: Senior Account Director in Corporate Communications

• Expertise in corporate communication with experience in a communication or crisis management agency, either as a senior consultant or account director.
• Recognized editorial expertise, with the ability to develop cross-channel communication strategies combining media relations, crisis communication, branding, and digital content.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop business using your network and expertise.
• Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions.
• A commitment to excellence, with a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
