This is a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director with experience in both B2B and corporate PR, who loves working in a forward thinking, fast paced environment.

You will be an active member of the Executive team, managing an exciting and varied portfolio of clients, spanning financial services, tech, fintech, education and ESG.

To be successful within this role you are a passionate individual who is very hands on and gets involved. In return you get to work in a fun, fast paced and extremely supportive environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify ways to progress the businesses commercial objectives
  • Provide advice and strategic counsel to clients
  • Ensure your accounts are run smoothly and profitably
  • Identifying and expanding new opportunities for growing existing business and developing new business opportunities
  • Lead new business pitches – confident in being the most senior person in the room
  • Facilitate creative sessions including brainstorms and client meetings
  • Active member of the executive team, contributing to the day-to-day management of the business – going beyond client and team responsibilities

Key Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience within an agency; an AD ready for the move up or a new or established associate
  • Previous experience in financial services ideally but someone who can turn their head to different subjects
  • Experience in media relations and corporate reputation
  • Have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities through client, professional and social relationships
  • A creative thinker, capable of understanding and collaborating with others.
  • A hardworker who is very hands on and who isn’t afraid to get involved.
  • Nurturing supportive nature
