Nils Geradin is a seasoned executive search and recruitment consultant with nearly ten years of experience placing senior-level sales and marketing talent across Europe and the US. A multilingual and multicultural European, Nils speaks English, French, and German fluently, bringing a truly international perspective to every search he leads.
Specialising in executive recruitment for commercial, sales, and marketing leadership roles, Nils has a proven track record of partnering with multinational corporations, high-growth scale-ups, and venture-backed start-ups to build high-performing teams. Before joining Hanson Search, he worked at a Paris-based headhunting firm where he delivered key hires for clients across sectors – from mid-cap businesses to global enterprises.
Nils began his career in sales, holding strategic roles at Mondelez International including Category Manager and Regional Sales Manager. This commercial background, combined with his expertise in talent strategy, gives him a rare dual perspective – enabling him to advise clients not only on who to hire, but how to align talent with business objectives.
A graduate of NEOMA Business School with a focus on Sales & Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Nils also curates industry insights and thought leadership, including his popular guide 40 Negotiating Tactics for Sales Scenarios.
