Highlights from our panel event on Building Powerful Teams: Fairness
We are delighted to announce our partnership with Formative Communications to provide a three-part webinar series delving into the principles behind Building Powerful Teams. After what has been a challenging year for many individuals and businesses, we hope these free events will provide an opportunity of up-skilling finetune your leadership skills as we progress out of the pandemic.
For each webinar in this series, we will be joined by a panel of experts to discuss the fundamental building blocks of powerful teams; Trust, To Be Heard and Fairness. Our panellists will give their insights on current and future trends of being a leader, building diverse teams, talent acquisition and retention post-COVID and much more.
On September 14th we hosted our first session from the series focused on Fairness. Alice Weightman, founder and CEO of Hanson Search was joined by Andrew Manasseh, Founder of Formative Communications, Effie Kanyua, PR & Comms Director at Hearst, and Helen Dunnett, Coach & Trainer, to discuss their experience in attracting and retaining powerful teams.
