A leading Abu Dhabi based business undergoing rapid transformation and international growth, is recruiting a senior Financial Communications professional, to lead on high-profile financial communications activity.

This is a senior-level Financial Communications opportunity to join one of the most ambitious and commercially active organisations in the Middle East, playing a pivotal role in shaping and protecting its reputation on a global stage. The role offers international exposure, strategic influence at the highest levels and the opportunity to work in one of the world’s most exciting economic hubs.  We are keen to talk to people with both local experience within the region, as well as international candidates interested in moving to Abu Dhabi/UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver integrated financial communications strategies aligned with the corporate calendar, including results announcements, investor updates and annual reporting.
  • Act as a senior advisor to C-suite leadership on market-sensitive and corporate affairs communications.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate messaging across investor relations, strategy and corporate affairs functions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and global media, driving visibility and reinforcing market confidence.
  • Lead on issues and crisis communications where required, safeguarding reputation and stakeholder trust. 

Financial Communications VP Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in financial communications within a listed company, financial institution, or top-tier communications consultancy.
  • Experience managing corporate reporting cycles, earnings announcements, investor messaging and reputation management.
  • Strong understanding of global financial media, investor expectations and corporate governance.
  • Gravitas and confidence when advising senior stakeholders, including board members and executive leadership.
  • Experience working in or advising clients in complex, regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure, or financial services.
  • While regional experience is welcomed, open to candidates with both local and international experience, bringing global best practice and a track record of high-impact work.
