Senior Consultant Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conduct comprehensive candidate searches, including headhunting and talent mapping.
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends and market developments to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
