About the Marketing Director Opportunity

This role will take ownership of the European marketing strategy, with accountability for driving customer growth, sales performance, value perception and brand relevance across multiple markets. The successful candidate will balance long-term brand building with commercially focused marketing initiatives designed to deliver measurable business impact.

Working closely with regional franchise partners, senior leadership teams and global stakeholders, you will lead omnichannel campaigns, digital innovation, pricing strategy and customer engagement initiatives across Europe. The role will also play a key part in shaping regional product launches, promotional activity and broader brand positioning.
