As part of the integrated team, you’ll collaborate with experts across PR, social, influencer marketing, digital, content, and creative disciplines.

Integrated Senior Account Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver integrated consumer campaigns across earned media and influencer marketing, from initial concept to activation and evaluation.
  • Take the lead on day-to-day client work, building trusted relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
  • Develop campaign plans and contribute to influencer strategies, including talent identification, negotiations, campaign delivery and performance reporting.
  • Create compelling press materials, manage sell-ins, and contribute to media relations, ambassador activations and launch events.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs, oversee reporting, and keep clients updated with timely, well-organised communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across digital, production, and planning for truly integrated campaign execution.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.
  • Participate in new business development, supporting on proposals, pitches and agency marketing.

Integrated Senior Account Executive Key Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a PR agency, with proven success working on consumer and influencer-led campaigns.
  • Confident working with influencers, with a strong grasp of the influencer marketing landscape and talent management best practice.
  • Broad understanding of the UK media environment and what drives earned media results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to pitch, present and liaise effectively with clients and media.
  • Highly organised, with a self-starting mindset and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Digital savvy – understands the evolving role of social media in shaping consumer behaviour.
  • Collaborative and energetic, with a desire to drive meaningful impact for clients, not just coverage for its own sake.
  • A positive team player who thrives in a creative and agile working environment.
