The Opportunity: Leadership in a Global Communications Agency
The agency’s financial communications and investor relations team works across multiple sectors. We help clients manage their financial reputation and communicate effectively with investors, analysts and key stakeholders. As the Financial Communications and Investor Relations Director, you will serve as a senior advisor. You will provide strategic counsel and create high impact communication strategies to engage with global investors.
This role combines leadership in investor relations with deep corporate communications expertise. Consequently, you will lead large scale campaigns while mentoring junior team members within a high growth environment.
Key Responsibilities

You will lead the development of comprehensive financial communications and investor relations strategies to ensure impactful engagement with analysts and shareholders.

By collaborating with senior executives, you will shape corporate narratives and oversee the production of critical financial documents such as earnings reports and regulatory disclosures.

Strategic media relations will be a core focus as you manage communications regarding market positioning, financial performance and shareholder value.

Acting as a specialist advisor, you will provide expert counsel on high stakes financial events including M&A activity, IPOs and shareholder activism.

You will drive agency growth by identifying new business opportunities, leading competitive pitches and maintaining long term client retention.

Mentoring junior team members and staying ahead of regulatory trends will be essential to strengthening the agency’s internal capabilities.
Candidate Profile: Financial Communications Director
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in financial communications or investor relations within an agency or multidisciplinary environment. You should have a proven track record in managing financial reporting and high profile transactions such as M&A or IPOs. Additionally, a strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory frameworks is required.
