Financial Communications Senior Director – Across M&A, IPO and Capital Markets Activity

We are seeking a Senior Director of Financial Communications with deep expertise in transaction communications, capital markets storytelling, and investor-facing messaging. You’ll play a critical role in supporting strategic financial initiatives, partnering closely with C-suite leaders and the board communications and marketing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities – M&A, IPO and Disclosure Communications

• Develop and execute financial communications strategy for M&A, IPO readiness, quarterly results, and capital markets events
• Manage the company’s financial communications calendar to align messaging with reporting and regulatory cycles
• Create high-impact materials including press releases, investor decks, leadership speeches, Q&As, and capital markets updates
• Provide strategic counsel to leadership during sensitive and high-value corporate activity
• Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, investor relations, and external advisors
• Monitor market sentiment, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive positioning

Experience – Financial Communications Expertise

• Financial communications, investor relations, capital markets advisory, or related fields
• Proven track record of managing complex financial narratives in listed or IPO-ready businesses
• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, particularly around financial data and corporate strategy
• Strong understanding of capital markets, disclosure regulations, and media handling in high-stakes environments
• Experience supporting leadership at the highest level in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
• Global outlook; experience in international markets and cross-border transactions is an advantage
