  • Lead the development and execution of a bold, integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and brand narrative
  • Oversee all owned digital platforms including corporate websites and social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X/Twitter, Snapchat)
  • Ensure content and campaigns are data-driven, audience-focused, and high-performing
  • Shape and execute content frameworks that deliver consistency, quality, and impact across platforms

Digital Innovation – Lead Performance, UX and SEO

  • Champion digital innovation, bringing in new technologies and methodologies to enhance engagement
  • Guide full-scale website development and UX redesign projects
  • Oversee robust SEO strategies to maximise visibility, discoverability, and brand authority
  • Use analytics to measure campaign performance, optimise activity, and drive continuous improvement

Digital Governance and Leadership – Build Influence and Capability

  • Own brand governance and digital risk management across all platforms
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and internal standards for brand safety
  • Collaborate across corporate affairs, marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure alignment
  • Lead, inspire, and develop digital teams to foster a culture of creativity, agility, and excellence
  • Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on effectiveness and long-term value

Candidate Profile – Global Digital Marketing Leader

  • Experience in digital marketing leadership roles, ideally in complex, global B2B environments
  • Strong expertise across website development, content strategy, paid and organic social, SEO, UX, and analytics
  • Experience overseeing large digital ecosystems and high-profile campaigns
  • Track record of digital innovation and performance marketing at scale
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
