The Role of a Digital Associate Director

As a Digital Associate Director, you will:

  • Advise senior stakeholders on digital strategy, campaigning, and reputation management.

  • Lead integrated communications strategies embedding digital into wider campaigns.

  • Support crisis, litigation, and issues management by shaping online footprint and search profiles.

  • Drive growth by expanding digital workstreams with existing clients.

  • Deliver training on SEO, SEM, AI, analytics, and digital trends.

  • Lead and mentor high-performing teams to deliver at the highest standards.

  • Contribute to new business development, pitches, and thought leadership.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital communications, ideally in PR or corporate communications.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid/organic social, analytics, and web development.

  • Understanding of how AI is shaping digital reputation and monitoring.

  • Proven experience advising clients on business-critical issues and crises.

  • A strong network of media, political, or supplier contacts.

  • Experience building and motivating teams, plus delivering training and mentoring.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
