The Role of a Digital Associate Director
As a Digital Associate Director, you will:

Advise senior stakeholders on digital strategy, campaigning, and reputation management.

Lead integrated communications strategies embedding digital into wider campaigns.

Support crisis, litigation, and issues management by shaping online footprint and search profiles.
-
Drive growth by expanding digital workstreams with existing clients.
-
Deliver training on SEO, SEM, AI, analytics, and digital trends.
-
Lead and mentor high-performing teams to deliver at the highest standards.
-
Contribute to new business development, pitches, and thought leadership.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:

5+ years’ experience in digital communications, ideally in PR or corporate communications.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid/organic social, analytics, and web development.

Understanding of how AI is shaping digital reputation and monitoring.
-
Proven experience advising clients on business-critical issues and crises.

A strong network of media, political, or supplier contacts.
-
Experience building and motivating teams, plus delivering training and mentoring.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
