Senior Account Director – Agency Role Overview

As a Senior Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of campaigns across a range of clients. You’ll manage budgets, client relationships, team resourcing and ensure smooth execution from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client accounts and providing strategic counsel
  • Managing multiple teams across various accounts simultaneously
  • Ensuring the team delivers client campaigns on time, within budget and to the highest standards
  • Overseeing financial processes including budgeting, invoicing and contract management
  • Developing strong media and influencer strategies, ensuring the correct execution of all communications activities
  • Mentoring and managing junior team members, ensuring their personal development and success
  • Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and contribute to new business initiatives
