David Gallagher, our discussion chair, has over 25 years’ experience in the communications industry. Having held senior leadership positions at Ketchum Europe and OPRG, he went on to found The Advisory Club, a communications community group with over 2,800 members.
Alice Weightman is the founder of Hanson Search and The Work Crowd, with over two decades of experience in headhunting within the communications sector. Hanson Search operates globally, with consultants across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Alice has personally recruited for senior-level roles in the UK, USA, and the Middle East, splitting her time between London and Dubai.
Katie Simpson brings over a decade of experience in communications before transitioning into recruitment. She currently leads the global Corporate Affairs practice at Hanson Search and has extensive experience working with brands and agencies to fill senior-level positions.
