We are seeing some agencies review and completely overhaul their team and department structures, while others are focusing on hiring the best talent and leaving their existing structures in place. For example, Publicis Groupe is focusing on integration while WPP is pushing its “horizontality” model and Omnicom maintains a federated structure.
We’re bringing together a panel of experts to get to the bottom of how and why agency models are shifting today – and what clients most want from them. We’ll cover the following key questions, and more:
