Our client comes from an entrepreneurial agency and VC background. They are highly successful across Europe and now looking to work hand in hand with aspiring agency founders to grow a network of PR businesses across America.

They are looking to talk to entrepreneurial spirited Director level and above individuals who are keen to launch their own agency but would rather de-risk – they will offer a salary, shares, back office support and cashflow to help get you started – plus a network of other businesses and senior mentoring from day one to get you going. They want people who have a vision of what they would like to do – have a unique proposition to market and know what industry sector they would like to focus on and how you would go about getting clients.

The current agencies in the group are all set up in this way and work across a range of industry sectors, from technology, corporate, consumer and digital.  

Key Requirements:

• Director level or above in a communications/PR agency
• Ambitious and entrepreneurial drive with the ability to hire, grow, develop and lead a team
• Blue sky thinker, ability to set a vision and strategy for growth of an agency and digital strategist with competency in activating this set strategy across the world
• Highly networked, enjoys business development and originating deals
