An incredible brand new role for a Head of Personal Publicity, working within an innovative communications agency in London, famous for servicing disruptive brands and founders across the consumer and corpsumer space.

As the agency continues to grow, they are now expanding their offering into personal publicity, building and managing the reputation of individuals.

I am looking for a self starter with extensive experience in managing the reputation of talent and individuals in the spotlight. Perhaps you have spent some time in talent agencies, in publicity teams or in house at a publishing/media company.

You will possess the ability to craft, with talent and media, landmark opportunities across multiple earned media channels - from print and online to speaker opportunities, TV and broadcast. You will also have the ability to develop and form long term strategies for individuals knowing when to decline opportunities and how to mitigate issues or requests for information along the way.

You will possess an understanding of the role of personal social in reputation building - although you won't be expected to manage an individual's social channels on a regular basis, you will be expected to form an ongoing view of how the two should work together with each talent.


● Development of long term proactive talent strategies for individuals

● The ability to deliver on these strategies landing landmark opportunities across media and speaker opportunities including podcasts, print/online, TV, radio and speaker ops

● The ability to work directly with talent, clearly communicating strategies and navigating issues as they arise with well developed strategies

● Experience in mitigating and managing issues, working with legal teams as required

● Understanding of how social is used alongside earned media in profile building


● Highly experienced in personal publicity

● A little black book of media and KOLs

● Experience of working with high profile individuals in different spaces including business

● A broad understanding of social

● A can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
