About the Head of Performance Marketing Opportunity

This role will lead the company’s global performance marketing strategy across paid search and paid social channels, managing a growing in-house team focused on scalable, ROI-driven growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer acquisition across both consumer and business audiences while optimising performance across multiple international markets.

Working closely with Data, Design, Commercial and broader Marketing teams, you will oversee budget forecasting, campaign optimisation, reporting and growth experimentation across key digital channels. The role requires a highly analytical yet commercially creative marketer with strong experience scaling performance campaigns within fast-paced, data-led environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale global paid search and paid social acquisition strategies
  • Manage and develop an in-house performance marketing team across B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Forecast, allocate and optimise budgets across multiple channels and international markets
  • Partner with analytics teams to monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS and campaign performance
  • Collaborate with creative and influencer teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
  • Identify new audience, platform and geographic growth opportunities

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience within performance marketing with hands-on expertise across paid search and paid social
  • Proven track record running large-scale acquisition campaigns within fast-paced digital businesses
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and related reporting tools
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, including C-suite communication
  • Commercially driven, proactive and highly results-oriented mindset
