Key Responsibilities: Communications, PR & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead all internal and external communications across the Middle East
  • Advise the Regional CEO on strategic messaging and stakeholder positioning
  • Manage regional PR and government affairs agencies
  • Navigate complex stakeholders including parents, teachers, pupils, and regulators
  • Align messaging across newly acquired schools and the wider group platform
  • Support acquisition integration and day-to-day crisis communications

Candidate Profile: Senior Communications Leader with Middle East Experience

  • Deep understanding of the Middle East media and communications landscape, including UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Experienced in high-growth, transformation, or scale-up environments
  • Background in education not required; sectors such as technology, retail, healthcare, or frontline operations valued
  • Arabic advantageous but not essential
  • Pragmatic, agile, and team player, comfortable working at both strategic and execution levels
