The Role

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for a senior brand leader to take full ownership of how a high-profile sports agency shows up in the world. From brand strategy and creative direction to campaigns, content, and communications – this is the role that defines the agency’s identity and amplifies its reputation across every major market.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with senior leadership and across divisions, talent representation, partnerships and events to build a brand that is bold, distinctive and impossible to ignore.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Brand Director

  • Setting and driving the global brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction
  • Ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all markets, channels, and touchpoints
  • Leading the development of campaigns and content that capture the energy and culture of elite sport
  • Overseeing the agency’s presence across digital, social, and earned media
  • Building powerful thought leadership platforms that position the agency as the go-to voice in global sport
  • Partnering with the talent, partnerships, and events teams to bring the brand to life in fresh and unexpected ways
  • Leading, inspiring, and growing a talented brand and communications team across multiple geographies

 

What We’re Looking For in the Sports Agency Role

  • A seasoned brand leader with a strong track record in sports, entertainment, media, or a creative agency environment
  • Someone who thinks in stories, ideas, and culture – not just strategies and frameworks
  • Deep knowledge of the global sports landscape and an instinct for what resonates with athletes, fans and commercial partners alike
  • A creative eye and strong aesthetic sensibility, with experience overseeing brand identity and campaign development
  • A natural collaborator who can influence and inspire at every level of an organisation
  • Experience building and leading high-performing brand teams across international markets
  • Passionate about sport, culture, and the power of brand to drive commercial impact
