Talent Landscape 2022: The State of the Market!

We are excited to announce the release of our latest salary guide: Talent Landscape 2022.

Following ‘The Great Resignation,’ the demand for top talent is still at an all-time high. With a lack of available candidates in the market across most sectors and levels, businesses are continuing to feel the pressure of this.

Various patterns and practices are emerging – counteroffers are at an all-time high, there has been an increase in signing on bonuses and very punchy offers put to candidates who have high-demand skill sets. There has been salary inflation across the market – between 10-20%, however where companies have hit a critical point in hiring, salary increases have been considerably more.

Company’s employee brand has never been as important to attract top talent. From our recent survey culture and people ranked as the most important requirement that people are looking for when making a move, followed by flexibility (we found that 53% had accepted an offer based entirely on their flexibility practices) and then remuneration.

The Hanson Search Talent Landscape 2022 will help you understand up-to-date hiring trends across all areas of marketing and communications. It includes remuneration tables across agency and in-house roles, remuneration trends, benefits overview & trends.

Hanson Search has been working with companies to advise on these issues and we offer training to help business get this right. Do get in touch if you would like to discuss how we can help with your employee brand and hiring.
