Amy Hayer Amy has been part of Hanson Search for almost 15 years and has played an important role in building the firm’s reputation as a trusted executive search and talent advisory partner. She has worked closely with clients and candidates across international markets, advising on senior appointments and helping organisations build leadership teams in increasingly complex and competitive hiring environments.

Amy has expertise in healthcare communications and international recruitment. She has led global recruitment campaigns and placed senior professionals across markets including the UK, Europe, Singapore and USA, supporting organisations as they build leadership teams in highly competitive global markets.

Supporting Growth Across the GCC

In recent years, Amy has also supported Hanson Search’s growth across the GCC region, working with organisations across the Middle East to appoint senior talent and strengthen leadership teams. As businesses across the GCC continue to expand and transform, the demand for experienced leadership across communications, corporate affairs and related functions continues to grow.

In addition to her executive search work, Amy leads Hanson Search’s diversity, equity and inclusion offering. In this role, she supports organisations in building more inclusive leadership teams and strengthening representation across senior appointments.
