A key leader within our business, Barbara has been instrumental in driving our success across Europe, strengthening our expertise in public affairs, communications, and digital recruitment.
Barbara has been with Hanson Search for nearly seven years, taking on multiple leadership roles while continuously deepening her market knowledge and strategic insight. Her unwavering commitment to clients and candidates has made her an invaluable part of our team.
In her new role, Barbara will continue to lead our European practice, supporting organisations in finding world-class talent across mainland Europe. As Hanson Search expands internationally, her leadership will be pivotal in further deepening our impact across the region.
Our European team, fluent in five languages and deeply embedded in local markets, remains committed to delivering top-tier talent solutions across communications, public affairs, digital marketing and sales, and sustainability.
Beyond her recruitment expertise, Barbara is a passionate advocate for gender equality in the industry. She played a founding role in launching Global Women in PR France, championing leadership opportunities for women in PR. Most recently, she spearheaded our Hanson Search gender equality event in Brussels, bringing together industry leaders to discuss representation and leadership in public affairs and driving Women in Public Affairs initiatives in Brussels.
