Recruiting green talent for a more sustainable future

Speak To Our Experts

ESG and sustainability recruitment is red hot, and without the right insight, it can be difficult to find the best talent in a quick timeframe. The demand for green talent is at an all-time high, with social pressure and political regulation both applying their own incentives for businesses to adopt green strategies. There’s a lot to navigate; supply chain restructuring, complicated regulations, and the social perception of various green behaviours. With all these facets to consider, finding the right ESG talent is paramount to any sustainable business’ operation. With our intimate understanding of the intricacies within ESG recruitment, we will help you secure the perfect candidates for any sustainability role. Skilled professionals in this field are scarce, and we ensure that we can find you the best individual for your needs.

With a proven track record of successful placements, we've cemented our position as leaders in ESG recruitment. Our portfolio boasts placements for pivotal roles such as Head of ESG, Head of Sustainability, ESG Senior Consultant, Sustainability Reporting Directors, Director of Sustainability, and Head of Social Impact. We have worked with a wide range of businesses, both consultancies and in-house teams across industries sectors from renewables, government bodies, consumer goods, purposeful organisations, innovative start-ups looking to change the world or global organisations looking to pivot for a better future. These organisations include The Prince’s Trust, Treedom, Freeze Carbon, and The British Academy. Our extensive hiring history speaks volumes about our ability to identify and connect top-tier talent with organizations committed to driving positive change.

Beyond our commitment to our clients' sustainability objectives, we are dedicated to embodying sustainability within our own operations. We’ve networked at COP, Women and Climate, and have hosted our own events to further the discussion around the climate cause. As we strive towards becoming a certified B Corporation, we actively offset our carbon footprint, ensuring that our practices align with our values. Partner with us and embark on a journey towards a more sustainable future, one talent at a time. If you’d like to find the right talent to push your sustainable initiatives to the next level, contact our sustainable talent expert, Allyson Kurian.
