Janie leads our UK and European teams and offices from our London base, guiding and supporting their work across the region. She also heads our Global Government Affairs Practice, leading senior searches for clients across the UK, Europe and North America. With over 20 years of executive search experience, Janie brings an exceptional network and a deep specialism in senior appointments; from Directors of Public Affairs and Heads of Government Relations to Marketing Directors and Communications leaders.
Her career began in government-focused recruitment, and that grounding instilled a methodical, rigorous approach to search that she applies consistently across every assignment and champions throughout the business. Janie is committed to building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, and takes genuine pride in going the extra mile to ensure the right outcome is achieved.
