Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead bold, issues-led campaigns for breakthrough science and health clients – from pharmaceutical intelligence to mental health tech
- Collaborate with award-winning UK and US teams on international projects
- Play a key role in new business pitches and growth strategy
- Mentor and grow your own team within the agency
- Measure and communicate impact using smart analytics tools
- Drive high-profile media coverage across national, trade, and broadcast
What you need:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an agency environment, working across science, innovation or health brands
- Expertise: Strong scientific writing, media relations, and B2B comms strategy
- Education: Science degree preferred
- Mindset: Ambitious, entrepreneurial, creative – a strategic thinker with commercial flair
- Personality: Passionate about science, obsessed with the media, and excited to drive change through communication
