A sector-leading agency is searching for a creative, dedicated, and ambitious senior public affairs and policy expert to support its healthcare and life science practices. The company focuses on helping clients navigate the fast-paced political environments to ultimately improve lives of patients and populations around the world. This role is an opportunity to spearhead a broad and dynamic range of client interests, covering from small charities to global pharmaceutical companies, while growing your leadership and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading client accounts to develop, implement, and deliver client programmes
• Actively managing a team of consultants and supporting their training and progression
• Updating clients on latest political and NHs developments including implications directly of interest
• Monitoring areas of client need, contributing to strategy development, and pitching business plans to new and/or existing clients
• Actively engaging in marketing activities such as event management, material development, and social media presence

Key Requirements:

• Have experience working in health- and social care-related public affairs or policy capacity in a political setting, charity sector, agency, or elsewhere
• Are a creative thinker, confident leader, and strong communicator with an interest in politics and the NHS
• Have high attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills, as well as initiative
