An exciting opportunity to join a global public affairs consultancy as a Public Affairs Partner in its Brussels office – a senior leadership role with the chance to drive business growth, shape EU policy strategy, and lead client work across key sectors.
You will be based in Brussels, leading high-impact EU public affairs strategies and overseeing client relationships across technology, healthcare, luxury, energy, climate, food, and financial services.
In this Partner role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing senior-level EU policy engagement, and expanding the firm’s presence in Brussels. With full support from the global leadership team, you’ll work with consultants who share a strong policy background and entrepreneurial mindset.

Public Affair Partner Key Responsibilities
- Lead client accounts and EU public affairs strategies across multiple industries
- Develop and implement Brussels lobbying campaigns at the highest level
- Drive new business development and generate revenue through your network
- Represent the consultancy within EU institutions, industry groups, and events
- Build and manage a high-calibre team in Brussels aligned with firm objectives
Public Affair Partner Key Requirements
- Strong agency background in EU public affairs, policy consultancy, or strategic communications
- Proven commercial track record and ability to secure new mandates quickly
- Established network in Brussels public affairs, EU institutions, and trade associations
- Entrepreneurial mindset and drive to grow a business in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in one or more sectors: technology, healthcare, energy, climate, finance, or luxury goods
