Our client is a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to increasing diversity in executive and non-executive leadership roles. They are looking for an experienced and visionary Managing Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead the next phase of growth for their corporate business. This is a newly created role where you will work closely with the CEO and Board to craft and execute a three-year strategic plan starting in 2025.
You will lead a corporate team of five, overseeing business development, partner relationships, and product innovation. As a key spokesperson, you will represent the company at industry events, networking with high-profile partners and driving their mission to create more inclusive leadership across UK organisations.
