Would you like to build, create and develop innovative and engaging internal communications?
You will shape and own how effective Internal Communications and Employee Engagement is delivered, a true greenfield opportunity, within a rapid growth, extremely well financially backed, Tech Unicorn.
My client is a UK success story, having gained Unicorn status, valued over $1Billion, it has gone on to receive many awards in the company’s short lifespan. As my client continues to grow at pace it requires an innovative to Internal Communications specialist help to build out the function from the ground up. This is a truly greenfield opportunity allowing the successful candidate to create an engaging employee engagement function. Working closely with the C-Suite you will build on the diverse and inclusive team and culture which is unified by shared values and mission. My client understands people are the most important part of their story and feels everybody, no matter their role, has an integral part to play.
To be successful within this role you already have a proven track record of shaping and delivering innovative and engaging communication at both companies who lead the way with internal comms and in high growth scale-up or a recently IPO’d business. Previous experience of working in a high performance, values-based culture is essential.
The role will be based in fantastic London offices* a brilliant working culture with excellent career opportunities and remuneration packages are on offer.
